By bringing together the collective knowledge of forward-thinking exchange experts and companies who are shaping the private exchange industry, along with millions of data points on consumers' preferences; self-reported data on health, wealth, and personality; demographics; and enrollments, this group is uniquely positioned to provide the strongest insights on consumer behavior in an environment of choice.

WHAT WE DO _

As private exchanges are poised to strengthen employee engagement, empowerment, and knowledge, PERC will analyze collective data from employees on Liazon-powered exchanges to provide the market with insights into how people are making decisions when shopping for their benefits on a private exchange. PERC will delve into how demographic and behavioral factors influence buying decisions, the impact  of decision support on buying patterns, and how behavior evolves over time, among others.
